Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of promotional campaigns operated by 2583076 Ontario Ltd., operating as Vibe Box Stickers (“Vibe Box Stickers”, “Vibecheck”) on https://vibecheck.vibeboxstickers.ca and via WhatsApp. By participating, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Campaigns
Each drop is run for a specific brand or promotion. Rules (eligibility, quantity, timing, and fulfillment) are set by the campaign operator and shown during the experience. If anything on a poster or ad conflicts with in-app instructions, the in-app instructions at the time of participation control for that drop.
Eligibility
- You must meet any age or location requirements stated in the campaign. Unless the campaign says otherwise, you must be the age of majority in your province or territory (18 in Ontario; 19 in BC, NB, NL, NS, and the territories)
- One participation per person may apply (per device, email, or phone number) as configured for the campaign
- Employees of the running brand, Vibe Box Stickers, or Vibecheck may be excluded where stated
- We may refuse or cancel participation for fraud, abuse, or policy violations
Promotions and giveaways
Campaigns are promotional experiences run by brands. Unless a campaign explicitly states otherwise, drops are not lotteries: participation typically involves completing an activity (such as a quiz) and receiving a confirmation or pickup code while supplies last.
- No purchase necessary where stated on the campaign materials; any purchase requirements will be disclosed on the poster or in the experience
- Additional rules (quantities, dates, locations, eligibility) may apply and are shown during the campaign or on printed materials
- If a campaign includes a random draw or prize with material value, separate official rules will be provided and may include additional requirements (including Quebec requirements where applicable)
If anything on a poster or advertisement conflicts with in-app instructions at the time you participate, the in-app instructions control for that drop.
If you start a campaign by messaging us on WhatsApp, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You message us voluntarily by sending the campaign keyword or responding to prompts. By participating you agree to our Privacy Policy. Optional messages about future or nearby drops require a separate opt-in (for example, tapping “Yes, keep me posted”). You may decline by tapping “No thanks” or replying NO.
Codes, prizes, and fulfillment
Confirmation or pickup codes are subject to availability, store hours, and campaign rules. Codes may not be transferred, sold, or reproduced. We and the campaign brand may verify eligibility before honoring a code.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Automate or script responses, or attempt to bypass participation limits
- Provide false information or impersonate others
- Interfere with the platform or other participants
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
Disclaimer
Campaigns and the Vibecheck platform are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.
Changes and termination
We may modify these Terms or end a campaign at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
